Returns

Every Girls Play Tennis piece is made to order especially for you. Rather than keeping inventory sitting on shelves, we create each item when you order it—reducing waste and producing only what’s needed.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right by providing a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect size or change of mind

Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If you have a sizing issue, we’d still love to hear from you. While we can’t guarantee a replacement or refund, we may be able to offer a discounted replacement at our discretion.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you may have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable law.

To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, please submit your request through our Contact Form or email info@girlsplaytennis.com, including your order number. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

Lost in transit

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

For international orders, local postal services or customs authorities may occasionally require additional action from the recipient, such as collecting the package from a local post office, confirming delivery details, paying applicable duties or taxes, or responding to delivery notifications. These requirements are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packages that are returned because required recipient actions were not completed will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts, we are unable to cancel the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If a return is approved for reasons other than a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
